Rita Rana

Rita Rana brings extensive financial services and investment-distribution experience to Infinity Solutions, with a career spanning institutional securities, financial advisory, sales leadership, and wholesaling.

Rita began her career on a Wall Street institutional mortgage-backed securities trading desk before moving into financial advisory and sales leadership. Over the course of her career, she has served as an investment advisor, a regional manager responsible for 75 investment advisors, and a sales director overseeing approximately 200 investment professionals.

She later managed a billion-dollar territory, working closely with financial advisors throughout Florida. Her experience across both institutional and advisor-facing roles has shaped an approach centered on education, transparency, and relationship-driven sales, with an emphasis on making complex financial strategies easier to understand and apply.

Rita is a graduate of the University of Miami and remains active in her community, including serving as President of the Rotary Club of Delray Beach.

Robert “Rob” McGrorty

Rob McGrorty brings decades of annuity and financial-services distribution experience to Infinity Solutions, with particular expertise in the bank and financial-institution channels.

A veteran wholesaler, Rob spent more than 14 years with Jackson National Life Distributors and has built his career around developing productive relationships with financial professionals and helping them integrate annuity solutions into their practices.

His approach to wholesaling emphasizes education, accessibility, practice support, and consistent field engagement. That philosophy was profiled by Bank Investment Consultant in an article examining his work with bank-based financial professionals.

Based in Hershey, Pennsylvania, Rob supports Infinity Solutions’ institutional distribution relationships as a Market Director.

Wayne Hall

Wayne Hall brings more than three decades of financial services and banking experience to Infinity Solutions, with a career focused on sales leadership, wealth management, and the bank and broker-dealer channels.

His background includes senior leadership positions with Wells Fargo Advisors, Citizens Wealth Management, PNC, Santander Bank, and CUSO Financial Services, where his responsibilities have ranged from regional sales and program management to brokerage leadership.

This experience gives Wayne a strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate products, support financial professionals, and build successful investment and insurance programs. He now applies that institutional perspective and extensive field experience to the distribution of annuity solutions through Infinity Solutions.
